Pranavi PRs at Hostpial HIll 1/2 mary!

One week after the CoMO Multisport Camp, Pranavi PRs a 1/2 marathon in 2:31!  In her words:

"Had a fun half marathon this morning !! It's called ‪Hostpial HIll Runfor a reason. Plenty of hills and loads of fun. I wasn't expecting to PR today. I didn't set any expectations going into this race but I am proud of keeping my pace 11:25 min/mile with all the hills. Yes, there are a lot of them. I earned my Queen Of The Hills shirt and of course the bragging rights !!"

Jeremy Stanek at the Green Bay 1/2 mary

Jeremy finished the Green bay 1/2 with a smile on his face.  As he unfortunately realize, not all races go as planned.  Some days you 'have it' others you don't. Race day was one of those days where Jeremy didin't have it.  BUT... he put it in a lower gear and enjoyed the 13.1 mile tour of Green Bay!  Way to stay strong and make the most of the day Jeremy!!
