Joe Company, PhD founded ECo in 2010, but prior to this he coached at the high school and collegiate level, worked with Olympic training programs, and worked with a number of high-performance athletes, scientists, researchers, and coaches.  Joe began consulting endurance athletes in 2002, but as he evolved in his education and experience, he wanted to make his expertise available to more people.  ECo is the product of Joe's experience.

In addition to custom training plans, we offer laboratory bike and run VO2max and lactate testing as well as 'field testing' for bike power. These tests allow unparalleled optimization of your training plan.

Nutrition Plans

Initial Session and Plan Development $150 (1 month)
• Assessment of your current nutrition practices and lifestyle
• Goal setting for nutrition, body weight or body fat percent, and exercise
• Plan development to help you reach your goals
• Phone, E-mail or in person assistance to go over plan, food diaries for 4 weeks after I give you the plan

Follow Up $100 (per month)
• E-mail support for any questions you have
• Client sends food diary each week for review
• Phone, e-mail or in person assistance to go over food diaries and other nutrition related topics
• Explanation/fine tuning of the plan as needed

Grocery Store Class (price depends on number of attendees)
• Two hour seminar at the grocery store
• Detailed handouts on healthy and practical shopping guidelines, label reading, best choices, produce selection, easy meal ideas, and healthy shopping list

Healthy Nutrition Package $325 (3 months)
Includes:
• Nutrition assessment
• Plan development
• 3 sessions (1 hour and 2 half hour follow ups)
• Meal planning
• 3 months of e-mail support, including food diary assessments

Sports Nutrition Package $365 (3 months)
Includes:
• Nutrition assessment
• Plan development
• Monthly consultations
• Meal planning
• Up to 3 months of e-mail support, including food diary assessment
• Sports nutrition recommendations including fueling before, during, and after workouts, race day planning and recovery, carb loading plan if needed

Healthy Lifestyle (Nutrition and Exercise) Package $375 (3 months)
Includes:
• Nutrition assessment
• Plan development
• 3 sessions (1 hour and 2 half hour follow ups)
• Meal planning
• 3 months of e-mail support, including food diary and exercise assessment
• Weekly exercise plan (what type of exercise, duration, and intensity to do each day)
