Joe Company, PhD is an experienced coach and experienced athlete.  He applies sports science as well as his personal experiences as a coach and athlete to customize training programs for all abilities of athletes.  Joe's mission is make your training and racing experience as rewarding as possible. The goal is to help you become a healthy, successful, complete athlete by providing a training plan that helps you reach your goals while maintaining balance in your life.

In addition to custom training plans, Joe offer laboratory bike and run VO2max and lactate testing as well as 'field testing' for bike power. These tests allow unparalleled optimization of your training plan.

Saturday, March 31 - DAY EIGHT

    Solo day today.  I got out early to miss the storms.  I headed south to Ashland via Chapel Hill, Gillespie Bridge, UU, O, K, High Point, N A Sapp, MM, M.

Friday, March 30 - DAY SEVEN

    We took off early today to try and miss the rain.  We almost succeeded.  Nate Smith was back along with another strong biker, Nate Means.

Thursday, March 29 - DAY SIX

    Today, the Rev’d Joe and I rode.  Rev Joe gave the most outstanding performance I’ve seen all year.  He did IM Florida last November and hasn’t done any long rides since.

Wednesday, March 28 - DAY FIVE

    Solo day again today.  I started late- 9 am at the pool.  Similar workout as Monday- 3k yards with mostly drills.  I biked home and ate, then headed out on my cross bike on the KATY trail.

Tuesday, March 27 - DAY FOUR: Hermann Ride 2

    Nate and Andy were back with me today for a second trip to Hermann and the famous Reuben Sandwich!  We got rolling at 9 and had BEAUTIFUL weather: sunny and eventually 80 degrees.
