Greg Campbell

2011: 5k, 10k, Olympic Triathlon, and 70.3 PRs!

What a difference a year makes!  Last year I was lucky to place in top twenty of my age group.  This year I won multiple medals, and at 51 years of age that is not too bad!  The difference?  Training with a plan, and not just any plan.  This year I used Endurance Company to train me and it made all the difference.

From hands on instruction at a training weekend in Branson, to the discussions of nutrition, and the weekly training plans designed for specific races I targeted, it all added up to success for me.

My goals were simply to get in shape, to be healthy, and to have fun, and if I could actually place, well that’s not so bad either.  Olympic , Half Ironmans, and 5k-10k, and half marathons are  easier when a professional  helps you train.  It’s really that simple. I will continue to use Joe next year, and truly believe with two years of his assistance that 2012 will be a great year!
